We are looking for a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate site execution activities for telecom/civil infrastructure projects in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, material management, progress monitoring and timely completion of assigned works.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, field teams and project management teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor civil and telecom infrastructure works including foundations, tower-related civil works and other site development activities.
- Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical or execution-related issues.
- Monitor manpower, material and equipment requirements at site.
- Verify materials received at site and maintain proper material reconciliation.




- Check work quality and ensure compliance with required standards and specifications.
- Prepare and submit Daily/Weekly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR) and maintain site documentation.
- Take site measurements and support preparation/verification of work quantities and bills.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, PPE requirements and company/client safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders for site-related requirements and approvals.
- Resolve routine site issues and escalate major technical/project issues to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities as per project targets.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
