Role & responsibilities

Lead SVCE's alumni engagement and endowment initiatives by strengthening the global alumni network, building lifelong relationship, driving fund raising campaigns, mobilizing alumni support for scholarships, research, infrastructure, innovation and institutional development.
- Develop and execute the annual Alumni Relations & Endowment strategy
- Maintain and expand the SVCE alumni database and CRM
- Establish active alumni chapters in India and overseas
- Plan alumni reunions, networking events, webinars and mentoring programmes
- Build alumni volunteering, career mentoring and industry engagement initiatives
- Design and execute annual giving, major gifts and endowment fundraising campaigns
- Identify and cultivate HNI alumni,



corporate donors and CSR partnerships
- Develop scholarship, research, infrastructure and named - endowment programmes
- Prepare fundraising proposals, donor reports, impact stories and stewardship communications

Track KPIs, donor pipeline, campaign performance and alumni engagement metrics

Preferred candidate profile

5 - 8 years of experience in alumni relations, fundraising, advancement, development, CSR, institutional partnerships or higher education. Candidates with valuable communication skill is preferred.
