What You'll Do
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities
Develop clients across Pharma, Agro-Chemicals, Paints & Manufacturing industries
Handle lead generation, follow-ups and sales conversions
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiations
Manage existing accounts, orders, deliveries and payment follow-ups
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
Identify new products, suppliers and market opportunities
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales
B2B sales experience preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Good market research and prospecting abilities
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
Good knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra
