Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
US IT Recruiter
to join our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients, excellent knowledge of the US staffing market, and the ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate placement.
- Source IT professionals through
LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, internal ATS, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job descriptions and client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, communication, experience, work authorization, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Understand and interpret technical requirements across areas such as
Software Development, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, QA, Infrastructure, Business Analysis, and other IT domains
.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT consultants.




- Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offer processes, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the
ATS/CRM
.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation and understand different engagement models such as
W2, C2C, and 1099
, as applicable.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting targets including
submissions, interviews, offers, and placements
.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Stay updated on current US IT hiring trends, technologies, compensation ranges, and market conditions.
