Role Summary

Drive end-to-end Hospitality operations across RUPL Hospitality led assets, managing Operating Partners, F&B; vendor ecosystem, financial performance, compliance, and member/residents experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. F&B; & Vendor Management

a) Provide inputs w.r.t F&B; vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding (structured shortlisting framework) to the Operating Partner.

b) Assist to finalize commercial models (rev share / MG / hybrid)

c) Manage vendor performance, menu pricing, and quality benchmarks

2. Operations & Launch Execution

a) Drive pre-opening timelines (fit-outs, licensing, staffing, vendor readiness)

b) Ensure timely launch of outlets ( Exotica)

c) Oversee SOP implementation across all F&B; operations

3. Financial & Commercial Oversight

a) Monitor P&L;, food cost, pricing, and revenue optimization

b) Define and manage revenue share models across outlets

c) Ensure billing, invoicing, and vendor settlements accuracy

d) Approve vendor bills and track financial performance

4. Accounting & Controls (Club Horizon Focus)

a)



Monitor revenue tracking, reconciliation, and audit processes

b) Oversee payroll, procurement, and invoicing systems

c) Implement strict alcohol inventory control & compliance with OP

5. Contracts & Compliance

a) Standardize contracts, addendums, and annexures

b) Ensure compliance with FSSAI, excise, fire, and statutory norms

c) Track license renewals and regulatory adherence

6. Events & Member Experience

a) Monitor party booking policies, pricing, and rules

b) Drive execution of events, banquets, and promotions through F&B; Vendors and OP

c) Ensure seamless member experience and service excellence

7. Asset & Quality Control

a) Maintain hygiene, food safety (GHP/GMP), and service standards

b) Monitor infrastructure, equipment, and F&B; assets

c) Conduct audits, inventory checks, and service quality reviews
