As part of our new ventures, we are launching a mobile pet grooming and cleaning business with multiple grooming vehicles that provide convenient doorstep services for dogs.
We are looking for a Mobile Pet Grooming Operations Manager who will take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business — from receiving bookings and planning vehicle schedules to coordinating groomers, managing customers, ensuring vehicles are operational, and making sure every appointment is completed smoothly.
This is a hands-on operations role for someone who is highly organised, proactive, valuable with people, and comfortable managing a fast-moving field-service business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bookings & Appointment Management
- Manage all customer enquiries, bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
- Coordinate daily appointments based on location, vehicle availability and groomer availability.
- Plan efficient routes to minimise travel time and vehicle downtime.
- Maintain the daily and weekly appointment calendar.
- Ensure customers receive timely confirmation and appointment reminders.
- Follow up with customers for repeat bookings and future appointments.
2. Vehicle & Daily Operations Management
- Take complete responsibility for the operations of the two mobile grooming vehicles.
- Prepare daily vehicle schedules and routes.
- Ensure vehicles leave on time and reach appointments as scheduled.
- Monitor vehicle cleanliness, equipment, water, power, grooming supplies and consumables.
