Role Description
As a UI Designer at Ephorsys Private Limited, you will create intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications in a full-time, in office role based in Bhubaneswar. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and user needs. Daily responsibilities include designing layouts, icons,



and interaction patterns, preparing design assets for development, and collaborating on front-end implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution. You will participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback and usability insights, and help maintain a consistent design system across products.

Qualifications
- Strong user interface design skills, including experience with UI Design tools and creating responsive layouts.
- Proficiency in visual design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, spacing, and creating detailed mockups.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, and component-based frameworks) to collaborate effectively with developers.
