Key Responsibilities:
* Source and mobilize candidates through calls, referrals, and lead follow-ups.

* Conduct initial screening, explain programs, and drive candidate conversions.

* Maintain daily lead reports and coordinate closely with the Inside Sales team.

* Ensure target achievement for mobilization and registrations.

* Handle tele-calling, WhatsApp outreach, and counselling activities.

Requirements:

* Fluent in Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam

* Solid communication, persuasion, and Convincing skills.

* Experience in sales preferred.

* Ability to meet daily/weekly mobilization targets.

* Basic computer knowledge & CRM usage

Preferred Industry Background:

* Education / EdTech

* Skill Development & Training

Experience Required:

* 1-3 years in mobilization,counselling, or inside sales
