Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Control-M Administrator
to manage, support, and maintain the BMC Control-M batch scheduling environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Control-M Enterprise Manager, Control-M Server, and Control-M Agents, along with expertise in job scheduling, workflow management, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support
Control-M Enterprise Manager, Control-M Server, and Control-M Agents
.
- Monitor and troubleshoot job failures, scheduling issues, and batch-processing incidents across SAP and OS jobs.
- Design, maintain, and optimize job workflows, calendars, dependencies, and scheduling conditions.
- Perform system health checks and support vulnerability remediation to maintain platform availability and stability.
- Plan and execute Control-M upgrades, patches, migrations, and environment maintenance activities.
- Configure alerts, notifications,



and operational reports for proactive monitoring and governance.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to support scheduling requirements and operational changes.
- Provide production support and participate in on-call support as required.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement solutions to improve scheduling reliability and platform performance.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge bases.

Required Skills
- 8–10+ years of experience
in Control-M administration and workload automation.
- Solid hands-on experience with
Control-M Enterprise Manager, Control-M Server, and Control-M Agents
