Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Manager – Sales to lead the sales team and drive business growth for immigration and overseas education services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the immigration sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Handle client consultations and convert leads into successful applications.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity.
- Generate new leads through various channels and maintain strong client relationships.
- Train and guide sales executives on immigration products and processes.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with counselling and processing teams for smooth application handling.




- Stay updated on immigration programs, visa categories, and market trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in immigration, overseas education, or related sales.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of immigration/visa services.
- Target-oriented with strong client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
