Key Responsibilities-
- Configure and support SAP SF Time Management
- Design and maintain:
- Work Schedules & Work Schedule Rules
- Holiday Calendars
- Absence & Attendance Types
- Develop and manage Time Evaluation Schemas & PCRs
- Ensure accurate integration with Payroll, PA, and OM modules
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications (RICEF)
- Support time recording processes (positive/negative time, CATS)
- Analyze and resolve time evaluation errors and discrepancies
- Participate in testing phases: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
- Work on integrations with third-party systems (e.g., biometric devices)
- Provide production support, documentation, and end-user training
- Solid experience in SAP SF Time Management
- Deep understanding of:
- Time Evaluation (Schemas, PCRs)
- Work Schedules & Time Data Processing
- Absence & Attendance Management
