Role & responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead engagement to successful conversion
- Engage with prospective learners to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Conduct structured, high-impact conversations to position offerings effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance trust and long-term engagement
- Manage and nurture a consistent sales pipeline through strategic follow-ups
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward informed decisions
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline status, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and improve outcomes
- Mentor and support junior team members (for managerial roles)
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience in sales/business development (preferably in EdTech, Education, or Service Industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets in a target-driven environment
- Strong ownership mindset with a disciplined and structured approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setup
