Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital/Performance Marketing Manager to lead the company’s digital marketing initiatives and drive measurable business growth through data-driven marketing campaigns. The role will be responsible for developing digital strategies, managing paid campaigns, generating quality leads, optimizing marketing performance, and improving ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1- Develop and execute comprehensive digital and performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

2- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

3-Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.

4- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI/ROAS.

5- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.

6-Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate,



and ROAS.

7- Develop and execute SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, and remarketing initiatives.

8-Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and campaigns.

9-Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaigns.

10- Manage conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics to ensure accurate campaign measurement.

11-Analyze customer journeys and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages.

12- Monitor website traffic, engagement, conversions, and overall digital performance.

13- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

14- Identify recent digital channels, tools, trends, and growth opportunities.

15-Coordinate with sales, content, design, technology, and business teams to achieve marketing objectives.
