Job Title: Academic Counselor

MoventAI is seeking an energetic and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective learners in selecting suitable AI training programs and achieving their career goals. (www.moventai.com)

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
- Understand learner needs and recommend appropriate programs.
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and messaging channels.
- Support applicants throughout enrollment and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams.

Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with positive follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in education counseling, admissions, or inside sales is preferred.
- Basic understanding of AI and technology courses is an advantage.
