Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role based in Katihar for a Sales Officer / Territory Sales Manager. The role involves meeting retailers and farmers regularly to promote Unnati’s agri input offerings, understand local market needs, and drive sales growth in the assigned territory. The Sales Officer / Territory Sales Manager will manage relationships with existing channel partners,



onboard new retailers, and ensure timely order booking and fulfillment. Responsibilities include executing sales plans, conducting product demonstrations, collecting market intelligence, and providing feedback to the central team. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring collections, and supporting promotional activities and field events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in managing a territory or region, preferably in agri inputs or FMCG.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers, farmers, and local stakeholders, with solid negotiation and customer service capabilities.
- Basic understanding of agriculture practices and common input products (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection), or willingness to learn quickly.
