Role & responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities.
- Support inventory management, stock tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
- Assist in purchase orders, material requests and vendor follow-ups.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Support data entry, MIS reports and basic supply chain analysis.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase and other hospital departments.
- Assist the team in identifying stock shortages and ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Follow hospital policies and standard operating procedures.
