Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced *Bench Sales & Technical Recruiter* to handle both IT consultant marketing and end-to-end technical recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants to vendors and clients, sourcing qualified technical candidates for open positions, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process through placement.

Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote IT consultants available on bench to vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Identify suitable contract, contract-to-hire, and C2C opportunities for bench consultants.
- Source qualified IT candidates for various technical requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review job descriptions and understand technical requirements, skills, experience, and project needs.




- Screen candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, location, availability, and work authorization.
- Match consultants and candidates with suitable job requirements and submit qualified profiles.
- Maintain and update consultant/candidate resumes, availability, skill sets, location, and work authorization details.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors, clients, recruiters, and staffing partners.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with vendors when required.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates/consultants and clients or vendors.
- Follow up regularly regarding submissions, interview feedback, selections, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, and candidate activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT consultants and technical candidates.
- Participate in daily recruitment activities and achieve individual and tea
