About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US market. We need a true hunter and doer who can identify opportunities, open new doors, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into new logos.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new client requirements and business opportunities in the US market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls.
- Pitch our IT Staffing, Recruitment, and Workforce Solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting meeting proposal negotiation closure.
- Acquire new clients and consistently build the sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to fulfill them.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.




- Develop long-term relationships and expand business within acquired accounts.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in US Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, or Consulting preferred.
- Demonstrated success in bringing recent logos and generating revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of US business culture and client engagement.
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Highly persistent, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
