Key Responsibilities
- Infection Control: Enforce strict sterilization and decontamination standards to prevent surgical site infections.
- Workflow Management: Oversee the unidirectional flow of instruments from decontamination and washing to assembly and autoclaving.
- Staff Supervision: Train and lead CSSD technicians and support staff on equipment handling.
- Inventory Control: Ensure exact tracking, documentation, and timely delivery of surgical trays to the OR
