Job Description – ERP Coordinator

Position: ERP Coordinator / ERP Support Coordinator
Industry: Higher Education – Universities & Colleges

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ERP implementation, support, and day-to-day operations for universities and colleges.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the institution, ERP users, and the internal technical team.
- Understand university/college processes and coordinate ERP requirements accordingly.
- Monitor and resolve ERP-related functional issues, user queries, and support tickets.
- Coordinate with development and technical teams for system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Assist in ERP configuration, testing, data validation, and recent module rollouts.
- Conduct user training and provide guidance to faculty, staff, and administrative teams.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and regular status updates for management and clients.
- Coordinate during implementation, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.




- Visit client/university locations when required for meetings, training, implementation, or support activities.

Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in ERP Coordination, ERP Implementation, ERP Support, or Application Support.
- Experience working with universities, colleges, or higher-education institutions is highly preferred.
- Positive understanding of academic/administrative processes such as Admissions, Student Management, Examination, Fees, Attendance, HR/Payroll, etc.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations whenever required.

Preferred Candidates: Professionals currently working as ERP Coordinator, ERP Executive, ERP Support Executive, Application Support, Implementation Executive, or similar roles within the university/college/education domain.

Pay: ₹30,000.
