Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bakery Chef specializing in cookies and baked snacks to join our food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and producing different varieties of cookies, biscuits, and bakery snacks, with good knowledge of commercial-scale production, recipes, baking processes, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and produce different varieties of cookies, biscuits, and baked snacks.

Develop and standardize new cookie and snack recipes.

Handle mixing, dough preparation, shaping, baking, cooling, and finishing processes.

Maintain consistent taste, texture, appearance, and product quality.

Experiment with new flavors, formulations, and product concepts.

Scale recipes from trial batches to commercial production.

Required Skills

Strong practical knowledge of cookie and biscuit production.





Ability to prepare multiple varieties of cookies and baked snacks.

Valuable understanding of dough consistency, baking temperature, baking time, and texture development.

Experience with commercial bakery ovens and production equipment.

Knowledge of food hygiene and basic food safety practices.

Ability to develop and improve recipes independently.

Good attention to taste, texture, appearance, and shelf life.

Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience with products such as: - Butter cookies - Coconut cookies - Chocolate cookies - Cashew/nut cookies - Oat cookies - Millet-based cookies - Filled cookies - Cream/biscuits - Shortbread-style cookies - Savory baked snacks - Healthy/low-sugar snack products - Other innovative bakery snacks

Candidates with experience in food manufacturing, commercial bakery production, or product development will be preferred.
