Our office is located in Goregaon West, Mumbai, approximately a 5-minute walk from the railway station.

Position: Associate Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Work from Office).

This is a contractual position for a period of 2 months, with a fee of Rs 25,000 per month.

The interview and test will take approximately 1.5 hours, and the assessment will primarily focus on contract abstraction.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Review & Analysis

Conduct document review for litigation, investigations, due diligence, and compliance matters.

Review, abstract, and summarize various contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.

Identify legal risks, key clauses, and deviations from standard templates or playbooks.

Assist in contract remediation and repapering projects.

Legal Operations & CLM Support

Support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation and optimization projects, including contract migration, data extraction,



metadata validation, quality checks, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Assist in developing contract templates, clause libraries, review guidelines, and workflow configurations.

Support legal operations and process improvement initiatives.

Project & Client Support

Work on multiple projects across different legal service lines.

Follow project workflows and quality standards while meeting defined timelines.

Collaborate with project managers, senior associates, and client stakeholders.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client-specific guidelines.

Participate in quality control and peer review processes.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security and ethical standards.
