KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

For Domestic Logistics:
- Generate new corporate business for Domestic Transportation (FTL/PTL).
- Identify and acquire new customers across Delhi NCR.
- Develop business from manufacturers, exporters, importers, warehouses, FMCG, automobile, engineering, pharmaceutical, retail, textile, chemical and other industrial sectors.
- Conduct customer meetings, understand logistics requirements and prepare commercial proposals.
- Negotiate freight rates and close profitable business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through field visits, referrals, networking, LinkedIn and other business-development activities.
- Build long-term relationships with key corporate customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, shipment updates and payment follow-ups.
- Develop strong relationships with transporters and fleet owners.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for timely vehicle placement and smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly,



quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Represent organization professionally in customer meetings, exhibitions, BNI meetings and business networking events.

For International Logistics:
- Generate new corporate business for International Freight Forwarding.
- Develop business across Air Freight, Sea Freight, FCL/LCL and Import & Export Logistics.
- Acquire customers from Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, Textile, FMCG, Automotive, Chemicals, Retail and Export Houses.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand international logistics requirements and supply-chain challenges.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate freight rates and close profitable business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through customer visits, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, exhibitions and business-development activities.
