Preferred Candidate Profile

· 10 to 12 years of experience in vendor acquisition, category management, business development, procurement, distribution, or sales within the automobile spare-parts industry.

· Solid existing network among automobile spare-parts distributors, wholesalers, retailers, OEM-authorised suppliers, and OES partners in Bengaluru.

· Sound knowledge of Maruti Suzuki and Tata passenger-vehicle spare parts, including fast-moving parts, market structure, pricing, and distribution channels.

· Familiarity with additional brands such as
- Automobile Dealerships
- Automobile Showrooms
- Passenger Car Dealerships
- Automotive Retail
- Car Dealership / Automotive Industry
- Authorized Automobile Dealerships

· Practical understanding of OEM, OES, aftermarket, and equivalent spare-parts categories.





· Strong negotiation, commercial analysis, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.

· Comfortable working with product catalogues, part numbers, inventory reports, pricing data, and seller-performance metrics.

· Self-driven and capable of independently managing field acquisition and onboarding targets.

· Willingness to travel extensively across Bengaluru’s automobile spare-parts markets and seller locations.

· Ability to work effectively with operations, catalogue, technology, finance, and logistics teams.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.06 - ₹1,957,222.26 per year
