Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and field-oriented Agronomist to support crop advisory, improve yield outcomes, and guide farmers or clients on best agricultural practices. The role involves providing technical support on soil health, fertilizers, pest management, and sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of crop-wise sowing, inputs, field activities, yields, and harvesting data for performance tracking and analysis.
- Coordinate with farm teams and farmers to ensure adherence to organic farming practices and required quality standards.
- Plan and supervise sowing, crop maintenance, irrigation, nutrient management, pest and disease control, and harvesting activities.
- Monitor and manage crop yields, productivity, and overall farm performance to achieve targeted output.
- Manage organic farming operations from sowing through harvesting, ensuring timely execution of all farming activities.
- Conduct field visits to assess soil health, crop performance, and pest/disease conditions.




- Provide guidance to farmers on optimal cultivation practices, input usage, and irrigation techniques.
- Assist in developing crop calendars and recommend nutrient/pest management schedules.
- Collaborate with R&D; or product teams to test and demonstrate agri-input products (fertilizers, seeds, etc.) on field trials.
- Collect and analyze field data to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Organize training programs, field days, and demonstration activities for farmers or sales staff.
- Document best practices and prepare technical bulletins, reports, and manuals.
- Monitor weather patterns, pest outbreaks, and offer timely advisories to farmers.
- Provide post-sales support and feedback to the product and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with agricultural trends, government schemes, and current technologies.

Requirements:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
