We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Cluster Sales Manager – MSME (LAP) Business.
Location: #Arrah, Bihar
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise multiple branches for MSME (LAP) business
• Drive disbursement targets while maintaining solid portfolio quality
• Ensure timely collections and control delinquency levels
• Guide and support Branch Managers and Sales Teams to achieve business targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory requirements
• Train, motivate, and monitor team performance
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and implement corrective actions
Eligibility Criteria:




• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 7–12 years of experience in MSME/LAP business
• Experience in handling multiple branches
• Strong understanding of disbursement, credit, and collections
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
