Role Description

We are looking for a
Paid Media Specialist
who has hands-on experience scaling D2C/e-commerce brands and can take ownership of paid acquisition across international markets.

This is a performance-focused role for someone who understands that successful paid media is about
profitable revenue growth, not just traffic and ROAS
.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns across
Meta Ads and Google Ads
.
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns targeting
international markets
.
- Own campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, optimisation and performance reporting.
- Monitor and improve
CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR and contribution margin
.
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns profitably.




- Conduct continuous testing across: Ad creative, UGC Audiences, Offers, Landing pages, Campaign structures
- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop performance-led ad concepts.
- Analyse customer and campaign data to identify high-value audiences.
- Build and optimise prospecting and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor attribution across advertising platforms, Shopify and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve landing-page and funnel performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.
- Stay current with changes in Meta, Google, attribution and D2C advertising best practices.

Requirements
- 2–3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
