Seeking an experienced Technology Operations / Virtual Infrastructure qualified with 7+ years of experience in Virtual Desktop, VDI, DaaS, End User Computing, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Service Management. Strong working knowledge of Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Cloud PC, DaaS, WEM, VDA, Virtual Applications, Multisession Environments, Image Management, Profile Management, Session Reliability, Capacity, Monitoring, and Performance. Experience translating operational data, incidents, service metrics, and stakeholder requirements into service improvements, operational reporting, product requirements, and readiness plans. Exposure to ITIL, PowerShell, automation, dashboards, service health, incident/problem management, change management, and enterprise virtual infrastructure operations is highly preferred.
