TCG Digital is looking for Business & Quality Analyst

Justification for the vacancy:

Client-facing BA/QA embedded in consulting engagements, along with playing the role of Client Project Manager. Owns the full requirements, QA and UAT lifecycle, from discovery workshops to sign-off, as well as all external (client-side) dependencies, risk and scope.

Expected to translate complex, often ambiguous client needs into structured, defensible functional and data requirements. Ability to ramp up fast on new domains (O&G;, polymers, chemicals, materials) is as significant as prior domain experience

6+ years of BA/QA or data analyst experience in consulting or client-facing delivery, with project management experience (expectation, risk, scope, schedule management). Clarity of communication is key.

Candidates must demonstrate: a portfolio of requirements artifacts, workshop facilitation experience, and at least one UAT cycle they owned end-to-end. Forward thinking is non-negotiable: candidates must describe a problem they identified and resolved before it was escalated to them

Essential Skills:




- Lead structured requirement gathering sessions with external client

teams across business and IT stakeholders.
- Design and run discovery and design thinking workshops problem

framing, journey mapping, requirements prioritization from preparation through output documentation.
- Translate outputs into functional specifications, user stories, data

requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain full requirements traceability throughout the delivery

lifecycle.
- Produce UX wireframes and low-to-mid fidelity mockups using AIassisted tools (Figma AI, Uizard, Galileo, or equivalent) to validate

requirements visually before development.
- Use visual artifacts as a formal sign-off mechanism with client

stakeholders to reduce downstream ambiguity.
- Own QA and UAT planning, test scenario definition, execution

coordination, defect triage, and sign-off.
