The Construction Safety Engineer Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety practices across construction sites. The role ensures compliance with statutory safety regulations, minimizes risks, and promotes a safe working workplace for workers and staff engaged in residential, Commercial and redevelopment projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement site safety policies and procedures in line with company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance.
- Monitor and enforce the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Support toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions for workers and staff.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation (incidents, near-miss, audits).
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and supervisors to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in accident/incident investigations and prepare preliminary reports.




- Ensure proper signage, barricading, and safety measures at all active sites.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, excavation, scaffolding, and lifting operations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and government regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Certification in Industrial Safety / Construction Safety preferred.
- 35 years of experience in construction site safety monitoring.
- Knowledge of statutory safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong observation, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to conduct safety training and awareness sessions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
