We are seeking an R&D; Manager, Mobile Solutions to lead a mobile engineering team delivering high-quality applications and exceptional customer experiences. This role combines technical leadership, people management, operational excellence, customer engagement, and product innovation.



The successful candidate will drive engineering best practices, oversee mobile application delivery, resolve complex customer issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing mobile engineering team.
- Manage customer escalations, drive root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Establish engineering standards, development processes, and technical roadmaps.
- Monitor and improve key metrics related to product quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Mobile Solutions & Delivery
- Provide technical leadership for iOS, Android, and cross-platform applications.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.
- Partner with Product, Quality, Support, and R&D; teams to deliver reliable customer-facing solutions.
- Drive adoption of CI/C
