About FlairNow

FlairNow is a visitor engagement platform built for brands participating in exhibitions and trade shows. It helps exhibitors capture visitor details through QR codes, identify high-potential leads, organise visitor information, and follow up directly through their existing WhatsApp number.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can identify exhibition-going brands, connect with decision-makers, demonstrate FlairNow, and convert interested businesses into paying customers.

This is an early-stage role where you will be directly involved in customer acquisition, product demonstrations, partnerships, feedback collection, and shaping our sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Identify brands that regularly participate in exhibitions, trade fairs and industry events. Reach out to founders, business owners, marketing heads and sales teams through calls, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.





Understand the brand’s exhibition lead-capture and follow-up challenges. Conduct product demonstrations and explain FlairNow’s business value clearly.

Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Convert trials, demos and pilot users into paid customers.

Build relationships with exhibition organisers, agencies, stall designers and event-service partners. Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups and closures.

Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the product team. Support customers during onboarding and their first exhibition when required.

Achieve weekly and monthly outreach, demo and revenue targets. Ideal Candidate 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, SaaS sales, event sales or exhibition-related services.

Robust communication and presentation skills. Comfortable speaking with founders and senior bus
