Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations.
Allocate work to production staff.
Monitor productivity and production targets.
Ensure product quality standards.
Coordinate with purchase, stores, and production planning.
Maintain production reports.
Ensure machine maintenance and protected working practices.
Reduce production waste and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience.
Experience in furniture manufacturing is preferred.
Leadership and planning skills.
Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
