Key Responsibilities:
Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions in timely manner.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking ownership.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
Any Graduate (Without any standing arrears)
Previous experience in a customer support role will be an advantage.
Positive communication skills (written & spoken).
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Positive typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of assistance logs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
