Position: Counsellor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and follow up with leads.
Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate course information.
Maintain student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
Meet admission and counselling targets assigned by the management.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for admission-related activities.
Participate in seminars, career counselling sessions, and promotional events.
Travel to schools, colleges, educational fairs, and other locations as required for counselling and student outreach.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Pleasant personality with a qualified appearance.
Presentable and confident in interacting with students and parents.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Must be open to travelling as per business requirements.

Salary

₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹12,494.95 - ₹15,000.00 per month
