This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on exposure to HR Operations, employee training, performance management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
Monitor employee performance and productivity.
Track KPIs and support performance review processes.
Identify performance gaps and coordinate improvement plans.
Training & Development
Coordinate employee onboarding and departmental training.
Ensure recent employees complete assigned training successfully.
Maintain training records and monitor learning progress.
Quality Check & Process Compliance
Conduct regular quality checks of employees' work.
Ensure SOPs, company policies, and work standards are followed.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in probation reviews, employee confirmations,



and HR operational activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR processes.
Employee Support
Resolve employee queries professionally.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Help maintain a positive and productive work workplace.
Reports & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
Maintain accurate documentation related to training, performance, and HR activities.
