This is a leadership role with responsibility for managing a sales team and driving business growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand textbook sales business in Bhopal, Indore, and Jabalpur.
Regularly visit schools to promote and sell educational textbooks and learning solutions.
Build strong relationships with school principals, academic coordinators, decision-makers, and educators.
Establish and maintain excellent rapport with textbook traders, distributors, and channel partners across the region.
Set sales targets, review team performance, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
Conduct market analysis and provide regular feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure timely collections, order processing, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in school textbook sales, educational publishing, or related educational products.




Proven experience in visiting schools and generating textbook adoption/business.
Strong network among schools, traders, and distributors in Madhya Pradesh is highly desirable.
Prior team-handling experience is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
