About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Recruit for roles such as:
Teachers
STEM Trainers
Sales Professionals
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
HR Generalist Support:
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain employee records and HR data accurately.
Support communication and coordination with newly hired employees.
Ensure smooth transition from hiring to onboarding.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Experience hiring for education, training, or sales roles is an added advantage.
