About the Role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy, planning, and performance across our client portfolio. This is a senior, ownership-driven role — you'll be responsible for the "why" and "how well," working alongside our marketing executive who handles day-to-day scheduling, content, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy for assigned client accounts (paid, organic, and content)
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for measurable ROI
Set KPIs for each client account and track performance against them monthly




Review and guide the work of the marketing executive (content calendars, reports, community management)
Present campaign performance and strategy recommendations directly to clients
Identify growth prospects, upsells, and recent channels for existing clients
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
Manage budgets across client ad accounts responsibly and transparently

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated ownership of paid campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
Robust analytical skills — comfortable reading data and translating it into decisions, not just dashboards
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proven ability to lead or mentor a junior team member
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Hands-on familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Canva
