Key Responsibilities:
Windows Server Administration:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows Server settings.
Implementing and managing server virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V).
Automating routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell).
Performing system hardening and security best practices.
End-User Support:
Providing advanced technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues.
Resolving escalated support tickets and providing timely solutions.
Implementing and maintaining end-user software and hardware standards.
Training and mentoring junior support staff.
Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
Participating in IT projects and initiatives.
Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, M365, virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V) and end-user support.
Robust understanding of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Advanced knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
IT certifications (MCSA, MCSE ) preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
