About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead who can immediately contribute to our Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and development of LOS/LMS products.
Understand existing product architecture and quickly contribute to ongoing development.
Develop recent modules and enhance existing features.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable production-quality code.
Guide and mentor the engineering team on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Resolve complex technical issues and provide solution recommendations.




Participate in technical discussions with product owners, business teams, and clients.
Introduce AI-driven capabilities into lending workflows where appropriate.
Identify prospects to automate manual business processes using AI.
Review code, conduct technical design reviews, and ensure engineering quality.
Support project estimation, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.
Help reduce development timelines by providing deep technical expertise.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Product teams throughout the software lifecycle.
