Primary Role Description:

- Build visibility of the organization and its work.
- Plan & Execute engagement and communication initiatives across media platforms (Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Conduct activities to engage Lighthouse Mentors (Volunteers) & Mentees (beneficiaries of the program) through events.
- Document & communicate the impact of the Mentoring program across various media platforms.
- Manage all Communication related requirements of the organisation.
- Oversee the Volunteer Application system.

Key Requirements:

- Passionate about working in the Social Sector with Volunteers, Under-resourced youth & Communities.
- Experience in planning & organising social events.
- Natural flair to build relationships & confident in communicating with people.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiatives.




- Excellent Communication skills - oral and written.
- Valuable critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of using Canva, InShot, video editing through phone Apps and other relevant skills.

Educational Background: Graduate/Post graduate in any stream or related to Arts, Mass Media, Management, Digital Marketing, Communication.

Languages: Fluency in English a must along with working knowledge of either Hindi or Marathi.

Work Experience: 2 to 5 years in the Corporate/Non-profit Sector in roles relevant to the skills required.
