Ø Develop and implement financial strategy of the company, including long
term planning.

Ø All cash management, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and
help drive the company’s financial strategy and hiring needs.

Ø Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program
budgets, as well as reporting for the same.

Ø Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day -to -day
accounting, recording, reporting, and internal -control activities of the
organization.

Ø Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a
well -controlled yet flexible organization that has solid fiscal management,
project coordination, cross -team communications, and workflows.

Ø Plan and manage direct and indirect taxes efficiently.

Ø Plan, implement, and present MIS as per management requirements.

Ø Manage and present risk analysis of the company operations.

Ø Manage accounts receivables.

Ø Manage all regulations related to finance, accounts, other statutory
reporting.
