Looking for someone who will be the bridge between candidates and internal teams, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and supportive hiring journey.

Location: Kolkata – Beckbagan (Work from Office)

Qualification: BBA Graduate (Freshers welcome)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to final outcome.

- Monitor and respond to candidate feedback across platforms such as Google My Business (GMB), Glassdoor, social media, and internal channels.

- Engage in real-time chats with candidates to understand their journey, gather feedback, and resolve concerns empathetically.





- Identify gaps or red flags in the recruitment process and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.

- Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure consistent and high-quality engagement with every candidate.

- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate content, draft communications, and analyze feedback trends to drive process improvements.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.

- Graduate in BBA or an equivalent discipline (freshers encouraged to apply).

- Comfortable using AI-based platforms for content generation and feedback analysis.
