Roles and Responsibilities
Plan production activities considering capacity, time study, motion study, line balancing, layout planning, and productivity improvement.
Conduct capacity calculations to optimize resource utilization.
Develop detailed plans for each shift based on available resources.
Monitor production performance against planned targets and take corrective action as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
