Boston Institute of Analytics is looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor who can guide prospective students and families through program selection and admissions decisions. The role focuses on understanding student goals, explaining academic pathways clearly, building trust, and converting enquiries into enrolments.

This position blends counselling, relationship - building, and admissions follow - up. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with students and parents, handling objections, and helping them make informed education decisions.

Role Description
Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, virtual meetings, and in person counselling sessions




Provide one - to - one academic counselling and career guidance to students and working specialists exploring upskilling programs
Clearly explain course structure, curriculum, learning outcomes, fees, schedules, eligibility requirements, and career support offerings
Act as a trusted advisor by mapping student goals to suitable programs across Data Science, AI, Finance, Cybersecurity, Analytics, and related domains
Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and conduct structured follow lifecycle-ups across the admissions -lifecycle.
Convert warm leads into enrolments using consultative selling, objection handling, and relationship driven closing techniques
Manage the end - to - end admissions process confirmation and onboarding readiness —
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow from initial inquiry through enrolment - ups, and conversion progress within internal tracking systems
Meet and exceed monthly enrolment, revenue, and conversion perform
