Salary: 3.75 LPA to 5 LPA (As per experience)

Eligibility Criteria for Chat Process:
Minimum 9 months of international BPO experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Valuable typing speed.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries via call or chat professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
Document interactions and update systems accordingly.
