Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Indore. The individual in this position will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, reaching out via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting company offerings, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role also involves managing and nurturing existing accounts,



maintaining accurate records of activities in CRM or tracking tools, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Business Development Executive will regularly report on performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
- Business development capabilities, including New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
- Strong client relationship and Account Management skills.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Solid understanding of Business concepts, market dynamics, and basic commercial acumen.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B setting.
