Our Client is looking for an experienced
Workday Release Manager
to lead end-to-end release planning, governance, and deployment for global Workday HCM programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Workday biannual (R1/R2) release cycles
- Lead release planning, governance, and deployment activities
- Conduct impact analysis, regression testing, and release readiness
- Coordinate across HCM, Payroll, Talent, Absence, QA, and AMS teams
- Manage Workday environments (Sandbox, Implementation & Production)
- Drive CAB, Go/No-Go meetings, and risk mitigation
- Support global Workday rollout and country go-lives
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years in Release Management / IT Program Delivery
- Hands-on Workday Release Management (R1/R2)
- Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll & Integrations
- Robust understanding of Workday tenant management and deployment lifecycle
- ITIL/SAFe knowledge is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder and governance management skills
