Job Description:
- Handle enquiries from customers for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences.
- Prepare customized tour packages and itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers and other travel partners.
- Handle sales calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer follow-ups.
- Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing and terms to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer records and update enquiry status.
- Assist customers with hotel, flight, sightseeing, transportation and visa-related requirements.
- Resolve customer queries before and during the travel process.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
